A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable, which can be sold and traded. 

The NFT can be associated with a particular digital or physical asset (such as a file or a physical object) and a license to use the asset for a specified purpose.

NFTs (and the associated license to use, copy or display the underlying asset) can be traded and sold on digital markets.

NFTs create a way to monetize digital and physical creations through the blockchain using  cryptocurrency.

Everyone has heard of bitcoin the first cryptocurrency to be  created and deployed.

Today there are many cryptocurrencies available and just about anyone can create a crypto coin.

For this project, the acceptable and standard crypto is ETHEREUM.

NFTs can be used to represent items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files. Access to any copy of the original file, however, is not restricted to the buyer of the NFT. 

While copies of these digital items are available for anyone to obtain, NFTs are tracked on blockchains to provide the owner with a proof of ownership that is separate from copyright.

You will need a wallet to send and receive funds and manage your cryptocurrency ETHETEUM.

• Your wallet is only a tool for managing your Ethereum account.

• Wallets do not have custody of your funds, you do. They are just a tool for managing what's really yours.

• Ethereum wallets are applications that let you interact with your Ethereum account. 

• Think of it like an internet banking app – without the bank. 

• Your wallet lets you read your balance, send transactions and connect to applications.

Working with KIDS INC. for  talent  nft sales,  we suggest starting with METAMASK  as this is the one we'll be using.  You DO NOT need to have a wallet until TALENT NFT has been listed.

Talents sales proceeds will be direct depositted into your Metamask wallet.

Safety Tips

Write these down and place them next to your computer or in your phone notes and refer to them daily or when in doubt.

Rule #1: Never share your 12 words Secret Recovery Phrase (seed phrase) or private keys.

Rule #2: Beware of Impersonators!  

Rule #3: Never DM with someone offering to help with your wallet.

Rule #4: Never enter your secret seed phrase or private keys into any website online.

Rule #5: Never trust someone asking you to “authenticate your wallet”.

Rule #6: Never import to your wallet, a private key, or a seed phrase someone gave you.

Rule #7: MetaMask Support will never DM to help you.

Rule #8: DO NOT join discord servers, WhatsApps groups, WeChat groups, Telegram channels or Twitter DMs. These are all scams. MetaMask does not support these.

Talent parental representation partners with KIDS INC. to create a series of NFTS for talent.  Parents provide creative assets created by their child with agreed permission for KIDS INC. to represent, mint, market, promote and sell assets provided.

• Talent NFT is sold online in a marketplace.
• Talent receives 50% of any sales made.
• Talent recieves up to 10% in lifetime residuals on resales.
• Talent receives payment to a WALLET  in the  form of ETHEREUM which may be traded for another cryptocurrency, converted into USD or held as an investment.

• Talents must demonstrate active participation in the arts and entertainment sector.

• Talents must have a professional credit or have a music video posted on YouTube.

• Actors to include, TV, Movie, Theatrical, Models, Singers, Dancers Musicians, Creative Artist, Visual Artist, Video Creators, Voice Over Artists, etc.

• Talents must have and actively participate in social media:  Twitter, Instagram, YouTube are the top three, followed by TikTok and Twitch.  

Although Facebook is good for connecting with others, KIDS INC. does not use or encourage the use of the fb brand except for the fb owned Instagram.

Everywhere "Talent" is stated, it is understood we are talking to and about parents, and parent monitored accounts, as you will be the one at the  helm.

BOTH PARTIES MUTUALLY AGREE;

PART ONE

• To act in good faith.
• There are no guarantees of sales.
• There are no  promises written or spoken that guarantee or ensure either party remuneration.
• This is experimental and results may vary from talent to talent.

PART TWO

• Parents on behalf of their child will provide KIDS INC. with original creations with the unrestricted and perpetual right to mint, market and sell said assets on nft marketplaces.

• KIDS INC. will cover all costs associated with minting, marketing, and promoting talent nft.

• Talent will receive 50% of funds (less transaction fees) on all nft sales.

• Talent will receive up to 10% in residuals for all future sales of the nft.  

• KIDS INC. will receive 30% of the residual talent receives perpetually.  

• Residuals are individualized based on the nft. The actual rate will be unknown until the nft is listed.  The rate will be set during the listing process and could be as high as 10%. You will be notified of the rate once listing is live.

• Funds (less transaction fees) will be transferred to Talents wallet after each successful sale.

TYPES OF NFT

• You may send up to 20 works of art/creations at a time.  We will review and make the selection.
• For music and videos, if it is posted online, send a link, if it is not online,  upload it to google drive.  Instructions below.

HOW TO SEND

OPTION 1.

Use the form below.  Enter details. Upload individual images, gifs and videos.

OPTION 2.

Put everything in a folder. Name the folder as described below.  If you are familiar with how to zip a folder, zip the folder and email it to us: admin@kidsinc.cc

OPTION 3.

Send as attachments to email.

If you only have a small number of assets to send, chances are you can simply attatch them to an email and send to: admin@kidsinc.cc

OPTION 4.

If the folder is large, especially if sending video,  we suggest using a gmail account and upload to Google Drive then share the folder as editor with: kidsontv@gmail.com

1. Place all assets into a single folder
2. Name the folder (Talent First Name - Talent Last Name)
3. Open GDrive
4. Click on New > Folder Upload
5. Choose the Talent folder and upload to your drive
6. Once upload is complete, open folder
7. At the top dropdown next to the folder name, click on share folder
8. A popup will open that says:  Share with people and groups
9. Enter the address:  kidsontv@gmail.com
10. Make sure to choose Editor and toggle Notify people
11. Email a confimration that you've sent it: admin@kidsinc.cc
